Kim is the Client Care Manager. When Mary and John are meeting with clients or showing properties, Kim is here to help you with anything you need. Customer Service is the Sleeter Team's Top Priority. We want you to be able to reach us all day every day. Kim has lived in Loudoun County since 1974 and has a long history of excellent customer service experience. She began working at the age of fifteen as a library page and moved on to become a dental assistant before accepting a position in the Customer Support division of Home Depot. Kim joined the Sleeter Team 1997 and has been integral in their success. You will immediately feel at ease and reassured when you speak to Kim because of her warm personality, knowledge of Loudoun County, and her genuine interest in helping you with your Real Estate needs. When asked which of Mary's qualities immediately come to mind, Kim says: "She is sincere, honest and she genuinely cares about her clients." Kim and her husband, Jim, and two daughters Casey and Michelle live in Leesburg. Kim enjoys scrapbooking and NASCAR.
Joy Hutchison Joy, the eldest of Mary and John's three daughters, is the Closing Coordinator, Accountant and Office Manager. Joy has worked with her mom for seven years. She schedules all inspections to make sure your settlement goes as smoothly as possible. Additionally, Joy prepares all listing brochures and is responsible for the networked office computer system. Joy is a graduate of Loudoun Valley High School where she was a member of the varsity track team, and attended Penn State University where she studied business administration. Joy has a strong background in accounting and customer service. Joy and her husband, Billy, live in Waterford with their thirteen-year old daughter Jessie, and son Bobby. Joy enjoys family trips to the beach, boating, fishing, baking and going to NASCAR races with her husband.
